Please read these terms and conditions of the Sim Singhl Website carefully each time you use our site, as we reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Using our website denotes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This website, its content and any contracts arisen out of it are governed by and in accordance with English law. All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Who are we?
Sim Singhl is the trading name of Sim Singhl Ltd. The company’s registered address, Somerset House, 6070 Birmingham Business Park, B37 7BF. Sim Singhl Ltd is registered in England and Wales with the company registration 06628809 and VAT registration 937 1817 05.
PRICES & CURRENCIES ACCEPTED
All prices are shown on the Website in £ sterling (GBP). All payments, which will include all taxes, delivery, shipping and handling fees, must be made by via PayPal and only cards accepted by PayPal can make payments.
Sim Singhl can accept payment in £ sterling (GBP). All currencies will be converted to GBP (£ Sterling) and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.
All prices are as stated on the Website but Sim Singhl reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.
AVAILABILITY
All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. Sim Singhl will contact you to arrange this via email within 2 working days.
PAYMENT DETAILS & SECURITY
All payments to Sim Singhl are handled securely by PayPal (Internet Service Payment Providers). PayPal accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and Solo (and any other card agreed by them from time to time).
Upon processing a transaction, PayPal will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.
Sim Singhl does not hold your credit or debit card details as all card data is processed securely by PayPal.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately via email to info@simsinghl.com stating your order number, date of order, name and contact telephone number.
In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from the date you placed your order in case it has been delayed in the postal system. If your order does not arrive after this time, please contact us via email to info@simsinghl.com.
In case of goods received damaged or faulty please return the goods to us (filling out the form on the reverse of your invoice) within 10 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund for the cost of the goods and postage to the card the goods were purchased on.
EXCHANGES
Sim Singhl is committed to providing a high level of customer service. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply:
1. Return the unused goods to us in their original condition within 10 days of receipt. The garment must be returned with all original tags in same condition as it was delivered.
2. Complete the form on the reverse of your invoice and send it back with the item(s) to our returns address:

Please note:
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whist being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt. Items must be returned neatly folded and in a sellable condition.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides you with proof of posting (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery).
REFUNDS
Return the unused item(s) along with your completed form (on the reverse of your invoice) to us at our returns address (stated above) within 10 days of receipt.
Refunds will only be made if items are returned to us within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
Unfortunately, we will not refund items which are returned to us after the 10 days period.
Items must be returned neatly folded and in a sellable condition. If we believe that reasonable care has not been taken of items in your possession we will contact you by email and may not be able to make a full refund for goods. If goods are damaged we will refund the items in full, as well as cover any/all delivery charges involved.
Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made.
Returned items will be processed in within 7 working days. We aim to make refunds to cards as soon as possible, normally within the same 7 working days, but during busier periods this may take slightly longer (maximum of 30 days).
Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement as the length of time refunds take varies depending on the card issuer.
COMPLAINTS & QUERIES
Should you ever have cause to make a complaint, we will use all reasonable endeavors to respond within 10 working days.

PROTECTING YOUR PRIVACY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, and your email address. As we have already stated we do not collect or hold any credit/debit card information from you because all payments are made via PayPal. We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate and up to date.
If you wish, you can check the information that we hold about you at any time by emailing us and asking for details. If you find any inaccuracies we will either delete the information or correct it as required.
This privacy policy applies from 1st November 2006. We may amend our policy occasionally so advise you to check regularly to view our most up to date policy.
WARRANTIES
Sim Singhl is unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Supply of Good and Services Act 1994.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
SIM SINGHL’S LIMITED LIABILITY
Sim Singhl shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses even if Sim Singhl has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
AVAILABILITY OF WEBSITE
We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that this Website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the Website or that any goods on the Website are in stock or available.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERY RIGHTS
The rights in the designs and the content of this Website are owned by Sim Singhl. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or display any part of this site without permission.
All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on the Website are the property of their owners.
RIGHT TO ALTER TERMS & CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions without notice from time to time.
