I put in the discount coupon code, but I did not receive the discount, what gives?

Make sure you have typed it in correctly and that the promotion is still valid and not expired. If you are still having problems, feel free to contact us, and we will be able to process the discount for you. Keep in mind that you’re only able to use a coupon code one time and not in combination with any other special offers.

Is there a sizing chart I can view to determine what size(s) I need?

Our items have their own individual sizing charts. To access the sizing chart, click on the “sizing guides” tab.

How do I return an item?

To return or exchange an item, please send it to Sim Singhl Returns, Somerset House, 6070 Birmingham Business Park, B37 7BF and include invoice, a note with your name, address and reason for return. Buyer pays all return shipping costs. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

How will my order be delivered?

We send items via Royal Mail and use its services.
