SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK

Our standard delivery and handling will be charged at £5.99 to the mainland UK (inc Channel Islands and N.Ireland) for orders up to the value of £40, over £40 delivery will be free of charge.

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail, first class recorded delivery. Delivery and parcel security is very important to us – so we request a signature upon delivery.

We do our best to despatch your order the day you place it, so delivery will be made within 3-4 working days (very often delivered the next day but not guaranteed). Throughout busy periods we will notify you how long it will take us to process your order. Due to factors outside our control, Sim Singhl cannot be held liable for the late delivery of any orders.

Please note that for overseas orders we are only able to deliver to your billing address. All the prices on our website and catalogue are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Your delivery will be made through Royal Mail International. Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 10am on the same day.
We DO NOT ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays.
We do not ship to P.O Box or BFPO addresses.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

REST OF WORLD STANDARD- Cost – £15.95 – Delivered – 7+ Business days

Export only (outside EU) Value Added Tax: VAT is deducted from all. All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Sim Singhl Ltd is not liable for any local import duties and taxes or Customs delays that may be imposed. Royal Mail is responsible for the parcel, Sim Singhl does not warrant for it’s damages or loss within delivery.
